FIELD TRIP: TITUSVILLE ROLLER RINK JUNE 17-PLEASE NOTE THE TIME CHANGE FOR JUNE 17 ONLY.


THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 30 PARTICIPANTS NEEDED IN ORDER FOR THE FIELD TRIP TO OCCUR.

FIELD TRIP INFORMATION:

7:30AM: BE AT BENZINGER PARK
8:00AM: LEAVE BENZINGER PARK FOR TITUSVILLE ROLLER RINK
9:45AM/10:00AM: ARRIVE TO TITUSVILLE ROLLER RINK
10:00-1:00PM: 3 HOUR NERF BATTLE, SKATING, ARCADE, AND LUNCH
1:30PM: LEAVE FOR BENZINGER PARK
3:00PM: ARRIVE BACK TO BENZINGER PARK

PLEASE SEND SPENDING MONEY (CASH ONLY) WITH YOUR CHILD FOR THE ARCADE. PIZZA AND DRINKS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR LUNCH. SKATES ARE INCLUDED WITHIN THE RENTAL. OUR DEPARTMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILD WILL ENJOY THE PROVIDED ACTIVITIES. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT TIME :)

This summer, we're kickin' it back old school style! No themed camps-just pure fun, lifelong friendships and great memories! Our Kids Camp brings backt he magic of traditional summer camp where the days are filled with outdoor exploration, field trips, hands on learning activities and team building exercises! Our goals are for kids to experience summer the way it was meant to be-adventurous, carefree and filled with excitement! We strive to provide opportunities to everyone!

Please note that some Kids Camps have a determined minimum/maximum in order for the field trip to occur, where you can see below.

Parents/Guardians: we highly suggest taking a look at our Parent Handbook online at stmarys.pa.gov or at stmarys.recdesk.com under Forms. This Handbook contains a ton of information regarding camps and will be your go -to guide!

All campers are responsible for bringing a snack, packed lunch, dressing for the weather, a refillable water bottle, a swimsuit, towel, and extra set of clothes in a tote bag or a backpack labeled clearly with the child’s name.

Each park has a lost and found area in the buildings. Items are cleared out and donated at the end of the summer if not collected.

Parents will be responsible for transportation to and from the camps. Parents are also responsible for knowing which programs the child is signed up for include time, date, and location. We will not be sending out reminders to parents about upcoming camps.

Enrollment for camps and youth sports will be no later than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled program (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Refunds for cancellations will only be permitted for cancellations done no less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp OR if the camp is canceled by the department.
